Grilled octopus
Summer favorite once grilling season turns the corner. Get some cooked octopus marinating in your favorite sauce- we love fresh lemon juice, pesto, salt and pepper. Let sit for at least 20 minutes or so and get it on a hot grill for some nice char all the way around.

Crispy rice
Crispy rice is such a fun way to level up an appetizer. Take some day old sushi rice, and press into a square container about an inch thick, freeze over night. Take out your frozen rice and pop out of container, cut into even squares or rectangles and pan fry in neutral oil until golden and crispy. Prepare spicy tuna by finely chopping good quality tuna, and mixing with sriracha and mayo- you'll want a paste consistency. Place spoonfuls of tuna mix over rice squares and garnish with eel sauce, wasabi, or jalapeƱos!

Composed oysters
Oysters are one of our staples all year round!! We've branched out from the norm of cocktail sauce, lemon and tabasco. There are so many ways to enjoy them. One combination we keep reaching for is a thinly sliced cucumber, a drop of soy sauce and a tiny dollop of wasabi. Game changer!
